I live in the Bay Area and saw this on last night's news.  Pretty much what I'd expect from the People's Republic of Berzerkley.  I think Manning is a traitor to his oath and to his country and should spend the rest of his life at Leavenworth making little rocks out of big rocks.

Then why, one has to ask, didn't the Bush2 administration trumpet this find everywhere?  You cite a bit of op/ed from a Wired editor talking about the dismantled remains of WMD factories...which actually proved the Iraqi assertions that they dismantled their WMD infrastructure, which is the way everyone at the time, and since, has interpreted it, then you link it to a totally unattributed assertion that yellowcake uranium was shipped out of Iraq in plane loads, everyone knew about it, but nobody said anything about it, but somewhere in 400,000 wikileaks documents it's proven?  Sorry, I'm skeptical of everything until I see it for myself.

Please post a link to the document(s) in question from wikileaks to prove this claim.  I will gladly repost that evidence everywhere.  Thank you.

No, Lakin had a sworn obligation to follow lawful orders.  His orders to deploy were lawful, regardless of his concerns over President Obamam's legitimacy.

Had he been ordered to round up and execute all kindergarten students in a 20 mile radius?  Yeah, obviously unlawful order.

Being ordered to deploy to Afghanistan and provide medical care for American soldiers?  Nope, that's a legal order and he should pay for disobeying.  Now that he's chosen not to try to cut a deal, He's looking at losing his medical license on top of the military career he's tossed away.

The real criminal here, though, is "Dog-bite" Jensen, his former lawyer who helped him record the videos that will be prime evidence against him.

I feel sorry for his family.
